An interior stair is both a structural assembly and a visible part of the finished space. At Salesforce Tower, J.L. Walter’s stair package brought the supporting steel, stair fabrication and installation into one scope.

• Shop drawings and steel erection

The package called for gray-primed steel, with wood treads by others. That distinction matters: our work supplied the steel framework and railing components that integrated with the architectural finishes.

Heritage West Sports Complex

Louisville, Kentucky

From the frame to the enclosure.

The Louisville Urban League Sports & Learning Complex, recorded in our project archive as Heritage West, required a coordinated pre-engineered metal building scope. J.L. Walter’s work extended from steel erection to roof and exterior wall systems.

The project used a Varco Pruden building system. Our package connected the framing and enclosure work, showing how metal building and erection capabilities come together on a large community facility.

Columns, beams and field installation.

For The Wren in Carmel, J.L. Walter’s steel package combined structural columns, anchors and beam framing with the shop drawing and erection scope.

Bethesda Christian School

Brownsburg, Indiana

A steel package for the new entry.

J.L. Walter provided the Phase 1 entry vestibule steel package for Bethesda Christian School. The scope brought together the supporting frame, metal roof deck and field erection for this defined portion of the school project.
